What will you do?
Acting as an investigator, negotiator, motivator and problem solver, you’ll reach out to consumers from a call center environment. This will involve using innovative ideas and techniques to handle resolution disputes. You’ll also learn how to find assets and their owners through tried and tested methods.
You must be a problem solver with an entrepreneurial mentality and the confidence and persistence to succeed. Experience in a fast-paced call center or similar environment is a plus, as is a background as a personal banker, loan officer, insurance producer, retail sales, marketing, business development and sales.
