What does a normal day look like?

As an Account Executive your day will be dynamic and client-focused, revolving around strengthening and expanding our presence in the enterprise and Government segment. You'll be deeply involved in:

  • Developing and nurturing long-term partnerships across the Enterprise and Government segment, establishing Assurant as a trusted advisor and solution provider.
  • Serving as the primary liaison for partners and sales teams, you'll be instrumental in resolving queries and steering strategic discussions.
  • Playing a pivotal role in executing our Go-to-Market strategy, you'll drive revenue across our suite of Device Futures products, identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales performance will be key; you'll develop strategies to bridge any gaps and continuously push towards exceeding sales targets.
  • Your interactions will extend beyond meetings; you'll be engaged in workshops, webinars, and collaborative sales initiatives, maintaining a consistent and influential presence within our network.
  • Market trends and feedback will be your compass; you'll provide valuable insights to our product and marketing teams, ensuring our offerings stay relevant and competitive.

This role is not just about achieving sales targets; it's about being a catalyst for growth, fostering enduring relationships, and positioning Assurant as a leader in the enterprise device market.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Develop and cultivate long term relationships with key client stakeholders and end customers across the Enterprise and Government segment
  • Act as a primary point of contact for partners, sales teams and enterprise customers, addressing queries and facilitating solutions
  • Implement and adapt the Grow To Market strategy to drive revenue across the suite of Device Futures products
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop and implement sales strategies to address any gaps
  • Regularly engage with partners through meetings, workshops, webinars and joint sales initiatives
  • Continuously analyze market trends and partner and sales team feedback
  • Provide insights to the product and marketing teams for product enhancements and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and partnership management roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and data analytics tools such as Tablou and PowerBI
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to interact and build relationships to effectively influence across teams and functional partners.
  • Self-motivated to work to complete multiple projects/tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
