We are recruiting for a Senior Account Manager to join our Automotive team. Reporting to the Account Director – Auto you will be an Account Manager to our Auto Clients. Including; Key Client relationship management, commercial reviews, individual dealer problem solving / management. You will also ensure there are strong relationships across all key stakeholders of each client and dealer network.  

 Other responsibilities include;

  • Support Account Director in the pan-EU LEVC roll-out of Assurant products across 24 Countries in the EU
  • Support upcoming launch & roll out of Assurant products for additional Auto Clients in the UK
  • Drive attach rates of Assurant products at dealer level within both clients.
  • Build, maintain and grow effective client relationships allowing for day-to-day management of the client accounts and their requirements, organising your time between both clients effectively.
  • Lead and where needed support the Account Director in the delivery of specific goals within client plan
  • Responsible for preparation of meeting materials, minutes & action logs
  • Responsible for service delivery and ensuring that key SLA and KPIs are delivered

You will have the following skills;

  • Successful track record of delivering customer change initiatives and delivering against KPI’s
  • Knowledge of insurance sales processes, to be able to adapt processes effectively where appropriate to meet customer needs
  • A broad, up to date knowledge of developments within the insurance and financial sectors and the markets in which our partners operate
  • Ability to identify opportunities to develop and grow the Account
  • Familiar with the relevant departmental and companywide procedures, policies and guidelines
