We are recruiting for an Asset Disposition Programme Manager to join our Supply Chain team in Germany. Reporting to the Asset Disposition Manager, Europe you will improve the value and provide velocity for assets destined for disposal. Including channel allocation guided by life cycle dynamics and maximising sale prices through careful negotiations with customers to achieve the outlined budget. Concise reporting surrounding sales performance.
Other responsibilities include;
- Customer account management
- Achieve of sales targets
- Expand local customers
- Manage relationships within the disposition processes
- Understand Assurant's Buyback P&L in Country
- Drive business process improvement
- Goal management
- Develop new business opportunities
- Recommend cost-saving projects
You will have the following skills;
- Achieve assigned targets for device sales and strategic goals.
- Build relationships with global colleagues and knowledge share.
- Identify potential risks.
- Produce weekly performance report highlighting achievements and improvement opportunities
- Account Management
- On-board and contract identified new customers
- Determine the flow of disposal stock through Supply Chain
- Support new program opportunities
