Who are we?

Assurant is the world leader in claims and operates within the Property & Casualty insurance sector, (excluding health insurance).

Your role:

As a member of our European Claims team, you will assess and resolve insurance claims. Our work includes one of the largest telecom & automotive brands in the Netherlands/Europe.

We are looking for candidates with an excellent command of the Dutch language. Who are also good at listening and communicating with our customers. It is a service-providing position in which, among other things, you will help customers deal with their claims if their mobile phone or gadget has been lost, stolen, or damaged.

Salary and benefits package.

  • € 2.329 gross per month at full time - 38 hours
  • 13th month paid in December
  • 8% holiday pay
  • 28 days off per year
  • Travel & home office allowance.
  • Care & welfare allowance (€45 net per month)
