Director of Franchise Support

The Director of Franchise Support will have the opportunity to lead the franchise support team in our efforts to increase revenue throughout the Cell Phone Repair network while continually improving feedback from owner’s surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with CPR operations team to execute company-wide programs and meet strategic objectives
  • Cultivate collaborative, professional relationships with CPR franchisees• Participate in weekly, company-wide “Network Update Calls” during which corporate leadership provides strategic and operational updates to the field
  • Develop cadence for regular communication with franchisees
  • Lead and manage team of Franchise Support Managers
  • Manage franchisees to all relevant KPIs and SLAs
  • Develop and communicate performance improvement plans for underperforming operators/locations
  • Coordinate remote and in-person sales & product trainings
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting on business performance to CPR and Assurant leadership
  • Collaborate with CPR and Assurant leadership teams to pursue additional strategic initiatives and pilots in support of current and prospective Connected Living clients as required
  • Travel to CPR’s annual store summit (typically held in Las Vegas or Florida) and deliver high-value content relevant to franchisees in attendance

Required skills/experience:

  • 5 years of experience in wireless retail, electronics repair, or franchising• Sales management experience with exemplary results
  • Proficient typing skills, familiarity with basic computer applications (MS Excel, MS word, Internet Explorer, GSuite) and ability to multitask on multiple screens, web pages and programs
  • Demonstrates leadership and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive business relationships with clients, colleagues, vendors and franchisees
