The Diversity & Inclusion Sourcer will be a true partner with our Sr Talent Acquisition Recruiters, People Business Partners, and business leaders and tasked with finding, attracting, and hiring top diverse talent into our culture while focusing on performance, potential and culture fit. This induvial will work closely with external partner organizations and our Diversity Equity & Inclusion Team to help develop and drive strategies to recruit diverse talent in a highly competitive market.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build and source a pipeline of leadership level candidates across various experience levels & backgrounds to supply to all business divisions in the company (US only)

  • Work within various tools such as LinkedIn, Hiretual, Indeed and external partner resume databases to proactively source and contact diverse candidates

  • Work collaboratively with the Sr Talent Acquisition Consultants to pass along screened, diverse leads for hiring pipelines

  • Track progress of leads and ensure all qualified opportunities are being considered

  • Provide a world-class candidate experience from initial screen all the way through hiring stage. Provide timely communication and feedback throughout all stages

  • Track diversity metrics in Teams

  • Attend Diversity job fairs, networking events and seminars

  • Proactively research tools, organizations, and job boards to expand brand and recruiting reach

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, high level of energy, positive attitude, and a competitive drive. Ideal candidates are also passionate, adaptable, resourceful, highly dependable and embrace new ideas and innovation.

Desired Skills:

  • 4+ years of experience Recruiting

  • Diversity Recruiting experience is preferred

  • College Degree preferred

  • Strong communication skills

  • Innovative and ready to bring new ideas

  • High degree of self-motivation

  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team

  • Results oriented
