FP&A Intern

Job Purpose
Support to FP&A head on short / long term Planning cycles and their reviews. Budget control. P&L trend analysis, gaps mitigation and added value to the area to make improvements in financial modeling/processes. GCC Enterprise financial processes coordination.

Primary Job

·     Budget Control and Approval of Purchase Orders (PO): 40%

·     Preparation and Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 20%

·     Projection of Income Statement, Expenses, and Cash Flow: 15%

·     Analysis of variations versus budget and previous years.

·     Support and Collaboration with Other Company Teams (Operations, IT, HR, etc.): 10%

·     Process Improvement: 10%

·     Support for the development and implementation of improvement proposals.

·     Collaboration and Continuous Interaction with Reporting and Local Accounting Teams: 5%

Basic Qualifications

• Education:  Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accountancy, with at least 50% of the coursework completed.
• Experience:  Preferably with prior work experience in planning, forecasting, or similar roles. Experience in the financial services industry or insurance companies is a plus.
• Skills: : Advanced proficiency in English.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
   

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

Knowledge of Power BI / financial modeling skills.

Good working relationship.

Others abilities: teamwork /cooperation / good communication and management of interpersonal relationships and adaptability
