This job is responsible for the network development and expansion of CPR Cell Phone Repair through conversion franchise sales. CPR is expanding to new markets and in existing markets through partnerships with existing independent repair store operators, and this job is responsible for cultivation of those relationships and converting the independent store operators to CPR franchise owners.   

Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting of independent repair stores through Google, Yelp, Facebook, and other online platforms

  • Cold call independent repair store owners

  • Build relationship with independent repair store owner through CPR value proposition education and industry knowledge

  • Work with independent repair store owners through the discovery process

  • Maintain accurate communication records through Zoho CRM system

  • Work with compliance and brand team through new franchisee application process, including communication with CPR validators, CPR Area Developers, CPR Regional Managers, and other key contacts through franchisee discovery process

  • Update Conversion Marketing Collateral for use in CPR value proposition and refine marketing strategy for conversion franchise sales process

Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in recruiting or direct sales

  • Strong ability to build relationships through cold calling, over-the-phone conversations, and email

Other requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of CPR Cell Phone Repair franchise sales process and FTC regulations regarding franchise sales

  • Strong ability to overcome objections

  • Experience working with and selling to entrepreneur-minded individuals

  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM or another CRM system used for franchise sales process

  • Knowledge of retail store operations and products

  • Understanding of CPR Conversion Sales process

  • Conducts searches through strategic searches (networking, cold calling, etc.)

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find and attract new franchisees

  • Provide market feedback to General Manager of Franchise Operations

  • Identify prospect needs and solution-oriented selling

  • Close sales by building relationships and trust with targeted conversion franchisees

  • Guide prospective franchisees through discovery process including obtaining business financial reports, store pictures, new franchisee application, and franchise agreement signing

  • Follow up with unsold prospects to reengage and maintain relationships

  • Attend industry tradeshows (when possible) to pursue leads and build relationships with targeted conversion franchisees

  • Execute new franchise agreements monthly

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Bachelors degree in business or social science
