Implementation Support

The primary purpose of this position is to act as the implementation/product delivery executive to coordinate with Business stakeholders/Clients and assist in delivering desired business solutions. The business needs range from documenting/updating requirement for new clients, change in products and services with the existing clients or assisting in implementation of new products and services.

New Business- Detail review of Product/Services being offered and map it to the existing process flow to understand reusable components.

For change in existing Product/Services- Understand in detail impact on existing process flow. Assist in user/client training about launch of new or change in Products/Services.

Conduct detail end to end testing (IT applications) for any change in the process flows for new or existing products. Document with appropriate print screen of all the test cases.

Assist in setting-up and execution of manual process for any new launch of Products/Services. Document & circulating meeting minutes, highlighting critical notes.

Arrange follow-up meetings with Client/internal stakeholders to review action items and drive action points to closure. Update and circulate relevant SOP’s to Client/internal stakeholders for any change in the process flows Review & track reject report from UAT, follow-up with Client/internal stakeholders and reload corrected data in UAT prior moving data PROD Participate and provide inputs to make existing process flows efficient.


Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
