The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Director, International Communications you will deliver the communication strategy for the international business and ensure internal communication programs support business objectives while strengthening knowledge of and commitment to the Assurant brand.
You will advise Assurant’s Leadership Team, International LOB Leaders and key stakeholders to develop communication strategies, messages and tactics.
Finally, you will execute strategies and integrate programs across International locations that inform and engage leaders and employees as well as showcase the employee value proposition to effectively attract new talent.
Key Skills:
- Proven internal communication experience within a corporate environment.
- Undergraduate degree in English & Creative Writing & Journalism or equivalent
- Strong stakeholder and customer relationship skills across all levels of the organisation
- Strong project management and delivery experience
