IT Coordinator and Operations Support

Under supervision, responsible for design, provision, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems (hardware and software) and related infrastructure, providing an optimal operating environment while maintaining support systems seamlessly while mission critical systems are operating.

Provide technical support and problem analysis capabilities. Serves as an advocate for Enterprise customers. Serves as a contributor on small to large-scale projects of various complexities across the enterprise. This position also supports Operations, acting as a local coordinator within internal teams and also teams in our clients. Coordinates the selection and development of the providers of the company for the area of claims, support on report deliveries to clients - Supply Chain processes and participates in operations’ projects.

Primary Job Accountabilities

  • Technical support (Helpdesk) to users on hardware and software issues in person and remotely.
  • Management of product and service providers to keep systems in optimal condition.
  • Management the inventory ICS resources
  • Management of the annual ICS budget.
  • Coordinator of the business continuity plan for Peru (IT DR).
  • Support commercial area with the administration of the sales web portals and registration of claims of the clients in Peru.
  • Participation in projects in the LTWG operations area (Dashboard Peru and Data Quality Peru). Facilitate information required to develop the dashboard.
  • Support the implementation of the Operations and Supply Chain processes in Peru for new clients. Gathering information and being the local referent for clients and vendors as a back office service.
  • Coordinates and plans with logistics companies the pick-up of mobile devices from current and future customers.
  • Supports and manages the stock of devices, making an evaluation of them.
  • Supports the sales process, coordinating the delivery and local operational details with the different buyers.
  • Performs remote or presential audits to Service Centers.
  • Actively communicates with commercial department in order to determine perceived level of satisfaction within accounts and take communication with teams involved for future action when needed.
  • Supports the Operations area with the salvage management of the different national extended guarantee programs and developing the service center network in Peru.

Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

  • Degree or Tertiary Qualifications in Computer Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position / industry.
  • Security principles and general software management best practices experience.
  • Experience in the implementation of systems, applications, networks and related products.
  • Knowledge of Windows Server and desktop technologies, O365 administration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and networking principles, VDI.
  • Good project management fundamentals and skills.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy laws and practices.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to conduct effective research into solutions and products.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
