The manager leads the software engineering teams to deliver technical solutions for our growing line of new products which protect what matter the most for our customers.
Manages and leads the activities of Software Engineers to deliver features.
Is responsible for quality assurance of deliverables and methodology compliance.
Makes decisions on personnel actions (hiring, terminations, promotions, etc.).
Collaborate, and communicate with the other groups internally and externally.
- 2+ years managing Software Engineering teams
- 6+ years of industry experience in Software Engineering using C#, C/C++, Java, or other object-oriented language
Strong problem solving & critical thinking capabilities.
Clear communication skills and demonstrated customer empathy.
Passionate and collaborative team player with drive to work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
Experience with distributed computing: Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms highly desirable.
