Job Summary

Assurant is seeking an Operations Analyst to support our Emerging Channels Group

Job Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve the customer experience, increase customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs to serve customers
  • Build and maintain an inventory management system leveraging customer data, historical trends, forecasting and device valuations
  • Support the customer claims experience: Analyze and increase customer claims satisfaction through reporting, customer dispute resolution and claims processes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers, which are integral to the claims process
  • Prepare and execute routine and ad hoc reporting while also summarizing data to produce executive level visualizations, dashboards and reports
  • Develop expertise in customer relationship management system to enhance the overall user experience
  • Execute and/or support implementation of new operational capabilities and other special projects from time to time as defined with your leader and dictated by the changing needs of the business.


  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, supply chain and/or process improvement
  • 2+ years of experience with database reporting, data visualization tools and/or analytics
  • KPI measurement and analysis
  • Prior experience in warranty, managed services, insurance or wireless industries preferred
