Requisitos:
- Inglés avanzado excluyente.
- Al menos 1 año de experiencia en Data Entry / Atención al cliente.
- Competencias: Atención al detalle, capacidad analítica.
Supervisor/Manager:
Responsabilidades:
- Monitoreo de la performance del equipo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos propuestos.
- Promover la motivación, procurando crear un ambiente que impulse el trabajo en equipo, compromiso, mejore la productividad y calidad de los resultados.
- Resolución de casos complejos.
Requisitos:

- Experiencia en reporte/seguimiento de KPIs de performance.
