The opportunity:
Answering calls from customers who want to cancel their mobile and gadget insurance, you'll help them protect the things that matter most. The voice of some of the biggest brands in telecoms, you'll go out of your way to help over 8 million customers with their lost and broken gadgets. Taking ownership of queries, you'll get to know customers and put them at ease.

Role specifics:
This role is to deliver excellent service to our customers and maximize opportunities within the sales function.
You will be responsible for retaining customers and setting up new policies on none advised basis using a structured script.
- To achieve individual KPI’s and sales targets
- Follow a script on all calls and be compliant with the business process
- Put the customer at the centre of everything you do and deliver fair customer outcomes
- Use retention skills to convert customers who are calling to cancel their insurance
- Understand and apply our regulatory (including TCF) requirements in your role
- Provide excellent customer service in line with our Quality Assurance Guidelines
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy
- Be thorough and organized in the tracking of all calls and information
- Support immediate team and positively demonstrate company values and behaviors
Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish is essential plus proficient in English
- Excellent Customer Care Skills
- Professional attitude
- Self-motivated
- Good team player
- Able to follow a scripted process
- Compliant with business processes at all times
- Ability to stay motivated whilst working in a repetitive environment
- Adhering to company policy
- Experience in a Call Centre
- Support the customer service area’s when applicable
