The Opportunity:

Reporting to the EU IT Solutions Lead you will lead the BA activity for the European GloW Production Support area. This will include coordinating monitoring, prioritizing and solutioning of GloW related issues raised via the Service Now issue logging system and then into Jira.

You will also partner with stakeholders on Production Support issues & enhancements and provide translation into stories for use by developers that support the Salesforce platform. Further to assist business users to understand, test, implement and use our applications. Work with developers to define solutions to user requirements and problems, acting as the key point of contact between users and IT within the support area.

Key Skills:

  • Experience within the Insurance business, Motor Warranty, preferred.
  • Ability to conceptualize and frame a problem and corresponding solution(s)
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into specifications including complex business processes.
  • Experience of working with an Agile framework is desirable, especially with experience of working with people that are not experienced in Agile
  • Business acumen including a good sense of how applications can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line.
  • Experience with Service Centre solutions highly desirable.
  • Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience of preparing requirements for a Salesforce based solution.
