Serves as the primary point of contact and liaison, as an individual contributor, between assigned clients and Assurant support teams in supply chain, operations, and service delivery. Plans, organizes, and coordinates daily activities–aligned to an annual plan–that support maintaining and expanding existing client relationships beneficial to Assurant and its clients.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Develops and cultivates relationships with key clients to ensure the stability of existing business, managing all day-to-day interactions and client needs with supply chain, operations, service delivery, and other related support groups. Including client retention at the same or more favorable contractual terms, expanded service delivery for a fee to the client. on-going measures of satisfaction such as surveys and focus groups that can be used as indicators of satisfaction, managing general aspects of service delivery at the client level, which includes defining services to be performed as priced and contracted, in addition to selecting, prioritizing, and coordinating client projects in connection with service delivery, such as new client installs, new product installs, or new service installs.

Directly carries out execution of key initiatives to promote revenue growth and engagement with the existing client base. This includes process optimization, issue resolution, and achieving client satisfaction.

Develops annual client business plan; Key contributor to develop and lead client business reviews to ensure metrics and mutual revenue goals are being met.

Monitoring and driving seamless execution of operations relegated tasks, service performance, client commitments, and ensuring KPIs are met.

Ensure Assurant identifies client billing opportunities and ensures that client(s) are billed, and fees are collected from client(s) for services performed outside of the scope of our relationship.

Ensuring client aligns with profitability and ROE baseline requirements.

Drives execution of contracts through contracting process for addendums and revisions; Assist business with Client RFP responses.

Drives service utilization at the client level. Ensures services are performed as priced and contracted.

In collaboration with appropriate internal cross-functional teams, facilitates new client, product, or service installations.

Carries out resolution of client issues in collaboration with cross-functional area leaders.

Collaborate with operational groups to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Ensure compliance with company and program policies and procedures.

Prepare and present regular reports on operational activities and performance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Support the development and implementation of operational strategies that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
What are the requirements need for this position?

BS/BA degree in Supply Chain management and/or Operations.
-
4+ years in operations, sales and/or marketing experience.
-
3+ years interacting with mid to large clients and developing strategic relationships.

Strong understanding of forward and reverse logistics supply chain processes.
-
Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
-
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to perform independently, drive execution.

Working knowledge of key deal / contract elements.

Proficient in operational or supply chain software.

Understanding of MSO-Broadband business, their operating systems and how to integrate with those systems.

Certified in supply chain management (e.g. APICS, CSP).
