Exciting opportunity to work at our brand new offices located in the Blue Lagoon area of Miami supporting multiple teams within Connected Living!

This position will report to the AVP, Operations. The role will be supporting highly visible and confidential projects/activities, various demanding administrative responsibilities, and frequent interaction with a variety of internal and external clients. This requires high-level administrative skills, the ability to organize and coordinate a wide range of tasks, the ability to prioritize daily tasks, and a friendly and courteous personality, both in person and via phone.  It is also imperative that this person operates with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and is approachable and inclusive with all interactions.

This position will be onsite at our Miami offices located near the airport.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules, including department calendar, scheduling team meetings, preparing daily schedule, and prioritizing meeting requests for AVP and their direct reports.
  • Review and generate expense reports, process payments, and monitor corporate card usage for the team.
  • Organizes and coordinates on-site department-wide events including Customer Experience week.
  • Assist with the creation of presentations and compilation of information/input for monthly reports.
  • Manage, track and communicate budget updates, including Rewards and Recognition program.
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements when needed.
  • Assist in onboarding process for new hires.
  • Oversee ordering and maintenance of office supplies.
  • Assist with special projects with client services and operations.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • 2 + years administrative support or other relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of organization.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and determine priorities and requests for action in management's absence.
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify needs and initiates administrative projects.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Passionate about following through with commitments. 
  • Strong attendance and punctuality a must.
  • Prior experience in corporate environment a plus.

Pay Range

$20.49 - $33.81
