Senior Manager, Franchise Sales

This position is responsible for the network development and expansion of CPR Cell Phone Repair through franchise sales and leading the franchise sales team. CPR is expanding to new markets and in existing markets throughout the U.S. and this job is responsible for assisting in the development of growth strategies and marketing campaigns. Fostering and growing relationships with franchise prospects and guiding them through the due diligence sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, managing and developing sales team.
  • Prospecting.
  • Presenting the franchise opportunity and guiding prospects through the franchise sales process.
  • Work with existing store owners to help facilitate transfers and internal growth.
  • Maintain accurate communication records through Salesforce CRM system, provide regular updates on sales funnel.
  • Work with compliance and brand team through new franchisee application process, including communication with CPR validators, CPR Area Developers, CPR Regional Managers, and other key contacts through franchisee discovery process.
  • Meet with counterparts and strategize regarding marketing strategy, campaigns and marketing collateral for use in CPR value proposition for the franchise sales.

Required skills/experience:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruiting or direct sales
  • Strong ability to build relationships through cold calling, over-the-phone conversations, and email
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of CPR Cell Phone Repair franchise sales process and FTC regulations regarding franchise sales
  • Strong ability to overcome objections
  • Experience working with and selling to entrepreneur-minded individuals
  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM or another CRM system used for franchise sales process
  • Knowledge of retail store operations and products
  • Understanding of CPR Conversion Sales process
  • Conducts searches through strategic searches (networking, cold calling, etc.)
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find and attract new franchisees
  • Provide market feedback to General Manager of Franchise Operations
  • Identify prospect needs and solution-oriented selling
  • Close sales by building relationships and trust with targeted conversion franchisees
  • Guide prospective franchisees through discovery process including obtaining business financial reports, store pictures, new franchisee application, and franchise agreement signing
  • Follow up with unsold prospects to reengage and maintain relationships
  • Attend industry tradeshows (when possible) to pursue leads and build relationships with targeted conversion franchisees
  • Execute new franchise agreements monthly
