Service Network Analyst

Responsabilidades:

Administrar la red Centros de Servicio y garantizar la cobertura para nuestros socios de negocio

Monitoreo de KPI´s

Responsable del E2E del proceso de alta de centros de servicio: Hunting, negociación, firma de contrato y onboarding de acuerdo a nuestras políticas, tarifas y procesos de operación.

Responsable de Auditar los centros de servicios, y hacer valer las condiciones negociadas

Identificar oportunidades de mejora en nuestros procesos

Requisitos:

·Formación universitaria completa (100% créditos)

· 3 a 5 años de· experiencia administrando centros de servicio

· Manejo de Excel (Tablas Dinámicas, Vlookup, Fórmulas, Condicionales, etc.); Macros (Deseable)

· Power BI (Deseable)

· Inglés Intermedio
