The Service Network Supervisor is primarily responsible for the establishment & development of a network of service partners that support the business plan within a given region of India. This position will work closely with service centers for on time delivery to meet customer satisfaction. Ensuring the service network is built to meet the needs of the client agenda is critical to this role.

  • Determine the Service Network Partners required in given region to support the existing and new programs
  • Review the existing suite of Service Partners and determine which ones should retain and focus on and to further develop a broader partnership with.
  • Manage the on/off-boarding of Service Network Partners and establish & monitor agreed service levels and performance indicators.
  • Ensuring end to end customer satisfaction from Customer complaint through to settlement via repair/replacement/claim as per product criteria defined under Assurant program.
  • Handling customer escalations regarding service and claims to provide faster resolutions,   for the benefit of the customer and the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure system needs for service partners have been documented, agreed, built and tested as appropriate, within the required timeframes
  • Work in conjunction with Legal, Risk & Compliance teams to ensure due diligence processes are adhered to at all times

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
