Sr Implementation Analyst

Este puesto es responsable de dar soporte a las necesidades del negocio en las distintas etapas de implementación que implican la configuración de nuevos productos, canal, distribuidor o renovaciones de clientes existentes en los sistemas corporativos, monitorear y dar soporte a las demandas del área comercial y también ejecutar las pruebas utilizando inteligencia artificial, configuración de robots.


1. Comprender la descripción del producto que necesita el negocio y ejecutar la configuración en los sistemas corporativos
2. Ejecutar pruebas automatizadas por inteligencia artificial

3. Configuración de Robots para pruebas vía Inteligencia Artificial

4. Participar activamente en reuniones de negocios para entender la expansión de oportunidades con Distribuidores existentes y nuevos.
5. Mantener una excelente comunicación entre los diferentes departamentos de la empresa para la realización de los proyectos.
6. Colaborar con los Plazos establecidos por el negocio para lanzar nuevos productos e implementar nuevos clientes.
7. Identificación y control de riesgos.

Experiencia requerida

Deseable tres años de experiencia en puestos como testing o implementaciones

1. Ingeniero o Titulado en Informática/Sistemas
2. Experiencia en configuración de productos
3. Conocimiento de Inteligencia Artificial
4. Inglés intermedio (deseable)
5. Scrum, Agile, SQL Server, Java, Visual Basic, Soap UI, etc. (Conocimiento deseable)
