Control, reconcile and register all collections related transactions commited with a client under a TPA agreement in accordance with T&Cs while meeting the SLAs agreed.
Objetivo del Puesto
Gestionar las cuentas a cobrar asignadas. Desarrollar capacidad de análisis para el control y seguimiento de las cobranzas y liquidación de comisiones, aportando ideas y contribuyendo a través del trabajo en equipo a lograr los objetivos del sector.
Responsabilidades
• Conciliar con contrapartes los movimientos periódicos de los saldos a cobrar.
• Gestionar la cobranza de las cuentas asignadas.
• Dar exhaustivo seguimiento a pendientes.
• Liquidar las comisiones a contrapartes.
• Colaborar con las tareas de contabilización y análisis de cobranzas y liquidaciones de comisiones.
• Colaboración con auditorías internas y externas.
• Generación de reportes (aging, registro de cobranzas, etc)
Formación / Experiencia
• Estudiante universitario o graduado de la carrera de Contador Público Nacional o Lic. en Administración de Empresas.
• Experiencia mínima en sectores de cobranzas, preferentemente en compañías de seguros (no excluyente)
Conocimientos Específicos / Idiomas
• Conocimientos técnicos de MS Office – Excel (excluyente)
• Muy buenas relaciones interpersonales para interactuar con sectores internos y externos a la empresa.
