Technical Product Owner, GCC, India

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced product owner to join our Cloud Engineering team as a Product Owner for Cloud Services Orchestration and Unified observability platform. The product owner will be responsible for owning and managing the product development process and will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, developers, and other teams involved in the development and adoption process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, be able to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities and have excellent communication and collaboration skills. The Product Owner will primarily work on multi-cloud Services, Orchestration, and Unified Observability product lines. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery that aligns with company goals.

This position will be Remote at our India location.

About the Role: As the Product Owner for Cloud Services and Orchestration and Unified observability platform, you will be managing a product that is at the forefront of our technological offerings. You will play a crucial role in the orchestration of services that enable our customers to streamline operations and enhance their cloud infrastructure.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

· Own and manage the product development process, including defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.

· Collaborate with stakeholders, including consumers, and executives, to understand their needs and priorities, and ensure that these needs are addressed in the product development process.

· Work closely with engineering, product development teams, consumers to ensure that product requirements are being met, and that the product is being developed in accordance with Agile methodologies.

· Prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities, including managing the product backlog, and ensuring that the product is delivered on time and within budget.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, development teams, and other teams involved in the development process, including providing regular updates on product progress, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.

· Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and use data to inform product decisions. Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future development.

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other teams and application owner teams, to ensure that the product is aligned with business objectives, and that it meets customer needs and expectations.

· Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams, including hosting meetings, workshops, and other events to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

· Continuously improve the product development process, including identifying areas for improvement, implementing new tools and processes, and mentoring team members.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or a related field.

· Proven 8+ Years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master or similar role in cloud services.

· Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. Experience in managing ADO (Azure Dev Ops) Boards

· Proven project management and organizational skills to complete multiple complex tasks promptly.

· Experience with cloud service platforms and orchestration tools. Observability platforms and tools.

· Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies

· Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

· Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

· Familiarity with design and customer journey mapping.

· Certification as a Scrum Product Owner or equivalent Agile framework certification is preferred.

· Problem-solving ability and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and align activities and priorities to meet organizational goals
