Assurant has an exciting opportunity for a Treasury Analyst!
This individual will provide assistance to the Treasury staff in completing daily tasks and responsibilities relating to the bank accounts owned and operated by Assurant.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Open and close bank accounts.

Maintain domestic and international bank account signers.

Responsible for bank accounts Tax reporting.

Responsible for requesting banking services and updating information/KYC with banks.

Manage banking documentation for domestic and international entities.

Responsible for dealing with Paymentech requests.
-
Maintain global bank account listing.
-
Handle account type code setup and maintain type code listing.

Support bank account audit requests.
-
Maintain fiscal calendar updates for both bank accounts and Paymentech business units.

Procure all new bank services requests.
-
Maintain and update authorized signers for all banks.

Prepare International List of Bank account signers for Tax Dept.

Assist with Trust account opening documentation/signature collection, etc

This job is not remote, documentation that needs to be handled are in the office.
Responsibility for the work of others

Prepare new account listings to send to Treasury team.

Assist in data collection relating to Report of foreign account balances for tax dept.

Prepare letters for account closings and signature cards for account openings.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
-
High school diploma or GED equivalent
-
5 years’ experience / knowledge of banking services
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft office with an emphasis on Excel

Attention to detail highly important
-
Accuracy and ability to juggle several requests at the same time
-
Deal with moderate volumes of requests running concurrently
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
-
Education: AA degree or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of banking treasury services.

Additional 2+ years’ work experience in a corporate or banking environment
$53,700.00 - $89,900.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
