Job Summary

This role will be responsible for managing and building new relationships as well as uncovering new business opportunities within existing mobile communications clients. This role will lead a team that is focused on developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and retention of the client.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate, strengthen and grow direct relationships at a senior decision-making level with existing clients. 
  • Sales success includes attending and supporting sales calls, and making client reviews and presentations, and representing and selling the value proposition to key stakeholders within our client base.
  • To ensure we are delivering superior service to meet client needs with speed, accuracy, and agility.
  • Liaise with and represent the needs and interests of our clients with both internal functional teams such as Operations, Actuarial, Risk, Accounting, IT, Legal , Compliance, Telecomm, etc. and external (Vendors, Service Providers, Strategic Partners, etc.) dependent and associated groups.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop the overall value proposition that includes new products and services, marketing strategies, and new innovative technologies that will promote growth within our clients. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 10+ years of experience Sales and/or Account Management, growing existing business within established clients, preferably within the wireless communications industry
  • 10+ years of team management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills including ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and written as well as presentation skills
  • Ability to build, and report on, a robust sales pipeline
  • Keen understanding of the drivers of profitability, market dynamics and deal structures
  • Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast-paced, changing environment
