Wireless Repair Technician

Repair Technicians are responsible for working with customers to determine the best course of action to solve their problem. Solutions include repairing devices, upselling accessories, upselling device protection, device sales, device activations and a first in class experience for the customer.

Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to identify their specific needs.

  • Create work orders accurately and pull inventory needed for repair.

  • Complete repairs as they come or as prioritized.

  • Maintain clean and sanitized work areas.

  • Restock accessories/devices as needed.

  • Answer inbound phone calls and answer email estimate requests.

  • Follow procedures to ensure store is opened and closed on time and accounts are accurate.

Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • 1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role.

  • 1+ years of experience with mobile device repair.

  • Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, Android and iOS devices.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google equivalent.
