If you’re ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources and build real-world experience, this is the internship for you.
This internship will work closely with the Director, People Organization and be responsible for providing administrative HR support with designated client groups. Activities include but not limited to:
HR related systems (Workday/Neocase)
Leave of absence support to include ADA & FMLA
Reporting & Data Analytics
Project related support as assigned
Human Resources Management or Business major.
Highly proficient with Excel and report generation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, ability to follow instructions and ask questions to ensure clarity of project or task.
Must be a problem solver and thrive in an environment where you can be resourceful, adaptive and scrappy to get the job done!
Exceptional writing and communication skills, with an understanding of incorporating business writing & style with clear messaging that is aligned to our corporate values and goals.
Must be collaborative in nature and be easy to work with, teachable and have a desire to learn.
