If you’re ready to kickstart your career in Human Resources and build real-world experience, this is the internship for you.

This internship will work closely with the Director, People Organization and be responsible for providing administrative HR support with designated client groups.  Activities include but not limited to:

  • Employee Relations

  • HR related systems (Workday/Neocase)

  • Leave of absence support to include ADA & FMLA

  • Reporting & Data Analytics

  • Project related support as assigned

Qualifications

  • Human Resources Management or Business major.

  • Highly proficient with Excel and report generation.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks, ability to follow instructions and ask questions to ensure clarity of project or task.

  • Must be a problem solver and thrive in an environment where you can be resourceful, adaptive and scrappy to get the job done!

  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with an understanding of incorporating business writing & style with clear messaging that is aligned to our corporate values and goals.

  • Must be collaborative in nature and be easy to work with, teachable and have a desire to learn.

Meet Our People

Ignacio D. - Senior Operations Analyst

Whether I'm working with people in Argentina or Chile or Miami, we all feel like we're part of the same company. And within my own group, we share ideas and analyze as a team - and drive for change, for improvements. We'll show each other how we do things and lend advice.

I also enjoy the focus on work-life balance - in the workplace, we're offered exercise classes or stretching classes with a trainer, for example. I've had the flexibility to take classes and training. And, we have the opportunity to give back to the community through events held throughout the year.
