Wireless Device Repair TechnicianApply Location Independence, Ohio Requisition Number R-89145
Depot Technicians are responsible for sorting, inspecting, repairing, testing, salvaging and shipping devices in accordance with the standards set by the Depot Manager.
Receive device shipments from Depot clients for repair or resale.
Sort devices based on condition.
Inspect and triage devices prior to repair.
Repair devices based on triaged conditions.
Test and verify device functionality post-repair.
Sanitize device data where applicable.
Package devices for shipment.
Recycle and salvage device and device components where applicable.
Monitor company communication channels for status updates.
Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
1+ years of experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role.
1+ years of experience with mobile device repair.
Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, Android and iOS devices.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google equivalent.
Work remotely temporarily due to covid-19
