To ensure efficiency in the company’s operating processes, complying with the established policies and procedures.
Responsible for the correct implementation of certificate issuance and management processes for new accounts.
Likewise, the collaborator will observe and request modifications that are helpful for business progress.
Responsible for coordinating the application of premiums, as well as for the preparation and delivery of policies, certificates and endorsements to business partners and final customers.
Responsible for processing and reconciling all records of issuance, renewal, commissions, cancellations, manual movements, reinstallations and any transaction related to the processing of premiums.
Responsible for coordinating the payment of invoices and customer commissions.
Responsible for elaborating reports on income and expenses.
Responsible for providing assistance and follow up to the statistical and regulatory requirements of the National Insurance and Finance Commission.
Collaborating in the implementation procedure for new accounts and processes.
Responsible for ensuring operational compliance with the service levels described in the contracts.
Responsible for ensuring an adequate level of satisfaction in customer service.
Responsible for conducting process documentation in due time and form.
Responsible for making reconciliations with customers.
Responsible for working with the legal and internal compliance areas to review contracts and agreements with third parties.
Making visits to customers in order to participate in and align follow-up or implementation processes.
Generating and providing the necessary information for regulatory and corporate compliance (audits, reports, statistics, etc.).
University graduate (Degree in Administration, Engineering and Actuarial Service)
Master of Accounting (desirable), Master of Process Reengineering (desirable), postgraduate or specializing in Risks and Insurance (desirable)
5 years of experience as a manager in Operations Management in insurance companies
Knowledge of tools to handle large volumes of data (SQL, ACCESS, Alterix. Etc.)
