Technical Support Associate - Contract
Apply Requisition Number R-88633Assurant is looking for a thoughtful, adaptive individual to join our team as a Technical Support Associate with a focus on user desktop support.
Responsibilities:
Under supervision, responsible for design, provision, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure, providing an optimal operating environment while maintaining support systems seamlessly while mission critical systems are operating.
Provide technical support and problem analysis capabilities
Serves as an advocate for Enterprise customers
Serves as a contributor on small to large-scale projects of various complexities across the enterprise
Qualifications/Requirements:
2 - 5 years technical support experience
2 - 5 years experiencing documenting and maintaining end-user issues in ticketing system
2 - 5 years troubleshooting incoming incidents and requests
Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to end-users
High School Diploma
Preferred Experience:
Under graduate degree in MIS and Computer Science preferred
