This job is responsible for working cross-functionally with the operation, product, and sales analyzing data trend through process modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization to ensure the company is making a business decision based on the data-driven manner.Responsible for both the CPR and Fixt organizations.
Primary Job Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
Data Analysis, Market Analytics, and Business Intelligence Application Development
Uses SQL and internal data management tools to perform deep analysis on leading, in-process, and lagging indicators.
Conducts analysis on different projects for cost reduction or revenue projection.
Implementing business intelligence tools for data capturing and data visualization.
Initiate statistical hypothesis testing to identify potential variables that might affect the business operation
Development and Maintenance of Marketing Intelligence and Business Intelligence Strategies
Communicates analytical results with non-technical team members.
Works with executive team leaders to identify patterns and define go-to-market strategies for the company.
Works with team representatives to improve retail walk-in & come-to-you sales performance through data insights.
Works cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and Services teams to ensure alignment on data collection and setting benchmark for performance measurement.
Data Reporting and Visualizations
Creating KPI and dashboards for performance tracking for Fixt & CPR organizations.
Visualizes accounts reports for quarter customer success performance review
Prepare Profitability reviews and analysis of CPR retail store network
Data Mining and Data Acquisition for Market Trend Analysis, Business Growth Analysis, and Lead Generation
Captures data points generated from each department representatives and communicates results with leadership.
Data mining through our main database and the customer relationship management (“CRM”) system.
Manage revenue projections for the potential deals on the sales pipeline
Create pricing portfolio for upsell to the existing accounts
Assist P&L tracking, identify potential opportunities for COGs reduction
Negotiating sales software with the suppliers (i.e., HubSpot, Zoominfo)
Basic Qualifications Required - Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
2-year experience of analytical role
2-year experience in structuring large data sets to find usable information
2-year experience in business reporting
Advanced in Excel (Filter, Xlookup, Pivot table, VBA…etc)
Advanced in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Proficient in SQL
Strong communication skill
Business knowledge in KPI setting
Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning and transforming techniques
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
Master of business analytic, data analytic
2-year knowledge in CRM system
2-year experiences in A/B testing
1-year experience in financial projection
1- year experience in Machine Learning
1-year experience working under start up environment
Proficient in Machine learning concept
Proficient in Python
Ability to QA and troubleshoot data
Proficient knowledge of statistic
Concept of Scrum & Agile project management
