Buscamos un(a) Analista de Programas Trade‑In para apoyar la gestión y análisis de programas de ventas de dispositivos móviles, enfocado(a) en rentabilidad, eficiencia operativa y mejora de procesos.
Responsabilidades clave:
• Apoyo en la gestión diaria de programas Trade‑In.
• Análisis de desempeño, precios, inventarios y niveles de servicio.
• Elaboración de reportes y análisis de datos en Excel.
• Coordinación con Call Center, Operaciones, Supply Chain y proveedores.
• Identificación de oportunidades de mejora en procesos y experiencia del cliente.
Requisitos:
• Experiencia en análisis de datos Excel (avanzado) y Power Bi
• Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado a resultados.
• Inglés avanzado.
• Licenciatura en Sistemas, Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Actuaría o Administración.
