Associate Business Systems Coordinator

Overview of Position

As an Associate Business Systems Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting strategic technology and business initiatives across Global Auto. This position offers exceptional visibility and the opportunity to influence the success of multiple high-impact programs by helping teams organize requirements, improve processes, and strengthen collaboration across stakeholders.

You will work closely with Program Managers and Business Systems Managers to ensure requirements are documented accurately, Jira backlogs are maintained effectively, and information flows seamlessly across teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting information, solving problems, and leveraging technology, including AI and automation tools, to improve business outcomes.

You will support a primarily US-based team in while gaining exposure to strategic initiatives focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, and innovation.
 

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Translate business requirements into Jira features, user stories, and related documentation.

  • Gather, organize, and document requirements from meetings, recordings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.

  • Maintain Jira backlog hygiene by ensuring stories, tasks, and priorities remain accurate and up to date.

  • Review acceptance criteria and support alignment between business needs and development deliverables.

  • Assist with solution demonstrations, feedback collection, and analysis of business outcomes.

  • Coordinate activities and communication across Program Managers, Business Systems Managers, and other stakeholders.

  • Generate status reports and ensure timely sharing of project information across multiple strategic programs.

  • Support process improvement, knowledge management, and AI-driven operational efficiencies utilizing Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Copilot, and related technologies.
     

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, project coordination, or a related field.

  • Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements.

  • Experience working with Jira, including backlog management and user story creation.

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and technology delivery processes.

  • Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
     

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience working with SharePoint environments and knowledge management practices.

  • Exposure to AI and automation technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, or comparable tools.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional or enterprise-wide programs.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.

  • Experience in PMO, product, operations, or technology-focused environments.
