Associate Product Testing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Product Testing Analyst to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about technology, quality assurance, and delivering high-impact solutions.

You will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet business requirements and quality standards before reaching our clients. Working in a collaborative, global environment, you’ll partner with both technical and business stakeholders to support testing activities across multiple projects.

What you’ll do

  • Create and execute test plans and test cases for assigned projects
  • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
  • Validate that applications meet business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Product, and Business stakeholders
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint activities)
  • Support post-release validation and production testing activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and testing metrics

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking mindset
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC
  • Familiarity with Agile environments
  • Ability to interpret requirements and translate them into test cases
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn

Preferred qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in QA, testing, or a related role
  • Experience with testing tools (e.g., JIRA or similar)
  • Exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Understanding of QA methodologies and best practices
  • Background in IT, Business, or related field
