The CRM is responsible for the mobile business, managing Claro and Movistar accounts, and overseeing the sales plans for each account. They maintain relationships with areas such as Digital and B2B, launching new products and driving cross-selling in various channels. The CRM supervises the COE team and manages the sales and incentive budget for all sales channels (own stores, official agents, and tele-sales). Additionally, they monitor and develop the Trade In business with Motorola and retailers.
Responsibilities
⦁ Responsible for establishing strong relations with clients.
⦁ Responsible for client development and generation of business plans that support this management.
⦁ Responsible for monitoring and compliance with business plans.
⦁ Responsible for coordinating, both internally and externally, the implementation of new products within existing businesses, meeting the objectives and commitments made with the customer.
⦁ Responsible for providing cost-effective solutions that promote sustained growth.
⦁ Responsible for managing operational issues related to the acquisition of new client
⦁ Act as the main point of communication with the client, monitoring weekly calls and monthly meetings.
⦁ Visit Assurant clients, monitoring business plans.
⦁ Attend industry events in order to identify new business opportunities.
⦁ Daily monitoring of projects’ progress, generating reports that reflect the current and future situation.
⦁ Development of the annual business plan together with the client.
⦁ Prepare recommendations to maintain the execution of business plans and strategies that generate greater profitability.
⦁ Identify and take actions for cross-selling opportunities.
⦁ Manage and negotiate renewal contracts.
⦁ Responsible for the timely implementation of new business and/or modifications of existing businesses. Management with all areas for this purpose and compliance with product release dates.
⦁ Collaborate with Commercial Directors in the development of products, identifying new business opportunities.
⦁ Responsible for managing the operational internal issues related to the clients
⦁ Manage and negotiate renewal contracts.
⦁ Manage and negotiate repricings
Skills and knowledge
⦁ A minimum of 3/5 years of experience as a Corporate Sales Executive or in a Middle Management position in the mobile/retail business/manufacturers (OEM) such as: Samsung, LG, Motorola, Lenovo, etc.
⦁ “University graduate (Degree in Economic/Administrative areas, Industrial Engineering/Other engineering with strong administrative and/or
business focus).”
⦁ Advanced English
⦁ Advanced management of Office and Internet
⦁ Finance Acumen (cost of operations, P&L, how we earn or lose money in a deal, etc.) and the operations well enough to talk about them when a client requests it.
⦁ Great capacity to balance the best interests of the client and those of Assurant.
⦁ Interpersonal & Communication skills both internal & externally
⦁ Strong negotiation skills
