💼 ¿Qué harás?
Ventas
- Actualizar catálogo (precios, fotos, descripciones).
- Monitorear inventarios y precios.
- Analizar métricas clave (conversiones, tráfico, ranking).
- Optimizar publicaciones para mejorar visibilidad.
- Apoyar campañas y promociones especiales.
- Colaborar con Marketing, Supply Chain y Finanzas.
Postventa
- Gestionar reclamos, devoluciones y garantías.
- Dar soporte a clientes después de la compra.
- Analizar indicadores de servicio (tiempos de respuesta, devoluciones, satisfacción).
🎯 ¿Qué buscamos?
- Estudiantes activos en el último año de Administración, Marketing, Ing. Industrial o afines.
- Interés en e‑commerce y ventas digitales.
- Capacidad de análisis, organización y buena comunicación.
- Excel intermedio e inglés/portugués (deseable).
- Actitud proactiva y ganas de aprender.
- Disponibilidad para práctica universitaria.
