Lead Supply Chain Performance Analyst
We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to lead Supply Chain performance management and financial control initiatives. This role will drive visibility into operational costs, inventory performance, productivity, and service KPIs, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement across the operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and govern Supply Chain KPIs related to cost, productivity, service, quality, and inventory.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost variances, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Lead performance reviews and provide actionable insights to Operations and Finance teams.
- Ensure data integrity across ERP, WMS, and reporting systems.
- Support monthly inventory close activities and financial reporting.
- Identify efficiency opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Business Controlling, Financial Analysis, Performance Management, or Supply Chain Analytics.
- Strong experience with KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Power BI and Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
