Manager, DevOps

We are seeking a DevOps Manager to lead and spearhead our enterprise DevOps initiatives. This role will oversee a diverse technology stack including Salesforce, Azure Cloud, Jira, Bamboo, MuleSoft, SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Databricks , among others. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with deep technical expertise to drive automation, scalability, and operational excellence across our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Define and execute the DevOps vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization.
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing DevOps team.
    • Partner with engineering, product, and IT stakeholders to align DevOps practices with business goals.
  • Platform & Tool Ownership
    • Oversee CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and other automation tools.
    • Manage Jira workflows and integrations to support agile delivery.
    • Drive adoption and optimization of Azure Cloud services including Data Factory and Databricks .
    • Ensure seamless integration and deployment across Salesforce and MuleSoft environments.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to ensure system reliability.
  • Establish best practices for infrastructure as code, configuration management, and automated testing.
  • Champion security, compliance, and governance across all DevOps processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in deployment speed, system uptime, and incident response.

Qualifications

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field experience (Master’s preferred).
    • 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles.
    • 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong expertise in Azure Cloud services (Data Factory, Databricks, Azure DevOps).
    • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
    • Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps practices and MuleSoft integration .
    • Solid knowledge of SQL Server administration and optimization.
    • Familiarity with Jira administration and agile methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven track record of building and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience, and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
