Resumen del puesto

Buscamos un/a Technical Support Associate con 1 a 3 años de experiencia para brindar soporte técnico de primer nivel y apoyar la operación diaria de nuestros sistemas y servicios. La posición contribuye a la estabilidad operativa mediante la atención de incidencias, monitoreo de plataformas y correcta ejecución de procesos establecidos.

Responsabilidades clave

Atención y seguimiento de tickets e incidentes de primer nivel (L1) .

Monitoreo de sistemas y validación de la disponibilidad de servicios.

Soporte básico a aplicaciones y plataformas tecnológicas.

Documentación y escalamiento de incidentes conforme a procedimientos definidos.

Colaboración con otros equipos técnicos cuando sea necesario.

Gestión básica administrativa del presupuesto de proveedores del área

Requisitos

1 a 3 años de experiencia en soporte técnico o roles similares.

Conocimientos básicos de Windows y operación de sistemas.

Active Directory

Nociones de Azure Cloud

Experiencia en atención de incidencias técnicas y gestión de tickets.

Habilidades de comunicación y orientación al servicio.

Nivel de inglés B2 .
