Sr Supply Chain Performance Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for managing key performance indicators, developing actionable insights through reporting and analytics, ensuring inventory accuracy, and partnering with Finance and Operations teams to drive efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and analyze Supply Chain KPIs related to cost, productivity, service levels, inventory accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.

  • Develop, automate, and enhance dashboards and performance reports using Power BI and Excel to support operational and leadership decision-making.

  • Track operational budgets, analyze forecast variances, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.

  • Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to align operational execution with financial objectives.

  • Execute monthly inventory close processes, providing Finance with detailed reporting on inventory balances, device receipts, device sales, and inventory movements.

  • Analyze operational trends and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.

  • Drive process improvements through automation, standardization, and data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

  • +5 years of experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Inventory Control, Operations Finance, or similar analytical roles.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI .

  • Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting reverse logistics, repair operations, or device lifecycle management.

  • Knowledge of inventory accounting, inventory reconciliation, and financial close processes.

  • Experience with reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
