To help you understand how AI tools fit into our process and what we expect during interviews and assessments, we’ve outlined clear guidelines on acceptable and prohibited AI use. We encourage you to review these expectations before applying so you can feel confident and prepared at every step.
Integrity guides everything we do. Throughout the hiring process, we simply ask that you show up as your genuine self. We want to understand your experiences, your strengths, and what makes you unique.
Permitted Use of AI
We know AI can be a helpful resource when used the right way. You’re welcome to use AI for things like:
- Polishing or formatting your resume
- Checking grammar, spelling, or clarity
- Preparing for interviews or practicing responses
Prohibited Use of AI
When it comes to interviews, assessments, or skills-based exercises, we want to see your abilities, without help from AI tools, outside resources, or other individuals (unless we specifically tell you otherwise).
Our goal is to create a fair and consistent experience for every candidate. Not following these guidelines may impact your eligibility to continue in the hiring process.
