Important Notice to Job Applicants
Please be aware that during Assurant's application process, we will never ask for personal information such as your Social Security number, bank account details, or passwords. If you receive a request for this type of information, please disregard and report to us immediately at TalentAcquisition@assurant.com with the subject line "Recruitment Scam."
Assurant has no responsibility for fraudulent offers.
What to look out for:

All legitimate Assurant jobs will be posted on our Careers site.

Assurant never asks employees or prospective employees to send money.

Assurant does not ask for banking information from prospective employees.

We will only email you from email addresses that end in “assurant.com.” Please check the spelling of email senders carefully.

Written offers are communicated exclusively through our applicant tracking system, Workday. We do not extend unsolicited offers to candidates who have not applied for a position or gone through our recruiting process.
If you receive suspicious or fradulent recruitment communications:

Do not communicate with or provide additional information to the scammer. If you have already started communciating with the scammer, end all conversations immediately.

If you find postings or offers on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or similar job posting platforms that appear fraudulent, you can report the details of the suspected scam to the job posting platform directly (e.g.: LinkedIn support, Glassdoor/Indeed support, trustandsafety@ziprecruiter.com).
