You’ll be the face of the company, helping Assurant policyholders manage claims over the phone, through chat, or via website and email. We’ll train you to file, process, and adjudicate claims, managing the claims process from start to finish.

You will be responsible for determining eligibility of coverage on claims called in by repair shops. You will also have an opportunity to leverage your auto and mechanical knowledge to adjudicate claims based on facts and policy language for multiple product lines, including but not limited to automobiles, recreational vehicles, and power sports.
