We are seeking a Product Operations Analyst to support the development, launch, and continuous enhancement of digital value-added services across web and mobile experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work on customer-facing digital products in a global environment, partnering with teams across Product Management, UX, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the definition, implementation, and launch of new digital products and services.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving UX, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams.
- Gather, document, and manage business and product requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contribute to customer journey design and digital experience improvements across web and mobile platforms.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and launch readiness activities.
- Support product performance analysis through reporting, customer feedback, and operational insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Product Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Product Coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience supporting digital products, online customer experiences, web platforms, SaaS solutions, e-commerce, or mobile applications.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions.
- Advanced conversational English or bilingual English proficiency is required.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
- Exposure to UX research, customer journey mapping, or digital experience optimization.
- Experience supporting global or multi-market product initiatives.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar collaboration and design tools.
