En Assurant buscamos un/a Business Insights & Operations Lead para sumarse a nuestro equipo y convertirse en un socio estratégico del negocio, aportando análisis de alto impacto para la toma de decisiones.
Esta posición será responsable de transformar datos en insights estratégicos que impulsen la toma de decisiones y generen impacto en la rentabilidad del negocio.
Principales responsabilidades
- Generar análisis y recomendaciones con foco en rentabilidad, crecimiento y su impacto en el P&L del negocio.
- Monitorear indicadores clave de negocio y desempeño del portafolio, aportando insights para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Convertir datos operativos y financieros en insights accionables que permitan identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, optimizar la rentabilidad y mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
- Analizar tendencias de mercado, comportamiento del consumidor, competencia y evolución de las principales categorías y canales, identificando riesgos y oportunidades para el negocio.
- Impulsar iniciativas de automatización, visualización y mejora continua de reportes y procesos analíticos.
Requisitos
- Más de 5 años de experiencia en compañías de seguros, garantías extendidas o industrias similares.
- Experiencia en áreas como: Pricing, Planeación Financiera (FP&A), Portfolio Management, Business Analytics.
- Conocimiento sólido de conceptos: primas, siniestros, rentabilidad y análisis financiero.
- Capacidad para comprender e interpretar el impacto de los indicadores del negocio en el P&L.
- Experiencia en análisis de tendencias, generación de insights y recomendaciones de negocio.
- Manejo de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos como Power BI, SQL y/o Python.
