Propósito del puesto
Analizar y dictaminar reclamaciones en el área de Siniestros , garantizando el cumplimiento de las condiciones de las pólizas, y generar inteligencia operativa mediante reportes e indicadores clave que permitan comprender el desempeño del negocio, identificar oportunidades de mejora y apoyar la toma de decisiones.
Responsabilidades

Analizar y dictaminar siniestros garantizando el cumplimiento de los términos y condiciones de las pólizas.

Evaluar el comportamiento de la línea de negocio mediante el análisis de datos, estadísticas y tendencias relevantes.

Construir, analizar y dar seguimiento a indicadores operativos, generando insights para la mejora continua de los procesos de atención y servicio.

Asegurar la calidad, consistencia y congruencia de la información registrada en los sistemas

Solicitar y dar seguimiento al pago de reclamaciones, asegurando su correcta autorización y registro.

Elaborar y entregar cartas dictamen al asegurado, con base en el análisis técnico y documental de cada caso.

Participar en el cierre operativo mensual mediante la conciliación de cifras, revisión de casos abiertos y ajuste de provisiones.
Requisitos

Licenciatura concluida
-
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en áreas de Siniestros (Vida, Daños, Crédito o Gastos Médicos) dentro del sector asegurador.

Dominio de Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas complejas, validaciones de datos).

Deseable conocimiento de Power BI y experiencia en diseño de dashboards.

Experiencia en análisis de indicadores operativos (frecuencia, severidad, niveles de servicio) y participación en procesos de cierre o gestión de reservas.
