Como coordenador de Análise de Negócios na Assurant você irá liderar e desenvolver o time de Analistas de Negócios, garantindo a qualidade das necessidades de negócio para soluções tecnológicas que suportem a evolução dos produtos, processos e operações da companhia.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Liderar, desenvolver e apoiar tecnicamente a equipe de Analistas de Negócios.
- Garantir a qualidade dos refinamentos funcionais realizados junto às áreas de negócio.
- Atuar como facilitador entre áreas de negócio e técnica.
- Apoiar o time na identificação de impactos funcionais, operacionais e sistêmicos das iniciativas.
- Promover boas práticas de análise de negócios, levantamento de requisitos e desenho de processos.
- Participar da evolução de produtos e serviços, contribuindo com uma visão integrada entre negócio e tecnologia.
- Garantir alinhamento entre Product Owners, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA e times de desenvolvimento.
- Desenvolver os profissionais da equipe por meio de coaching, mentoring e acompanhamento contínuo.
Requisitos
- Formação Superior completa
- Experiência sólida no mercado de Seguros e conhecimento de produtos de seguros, coberturas, sinistros, jornadas e processos operacionais.
- Experiência prévia como Business Analyst, Product Owner ou funções relacionadas à análise de negócios.
- Experiência com liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes.
- Vivência em ambientes ágeis e atuação junto a squads multidisciplinares.
- Inglês intermediário/avançado para interação com times globais.
