Responsabilidades

  • Liderar el crecimiento de ventas de los productos de Assurant mediante el desarrollo de relaciones estratégicas sólidas con los líderes de los canales y la ejecución efectiva en los territorios asignados.
  • Analizar el desempeño de ventas, identificar brechas y desarrollar planes de acción basados en datos junto con los socios retail para cumplir o superar los objetivos comerciales.
  • Actuar como enlace comercial con el canal de ventas del socio retail, asegurando una comunicación constante, alineación de prioridades y la entrega de reportes de ventas y actividades.
  • Fortalecer la relación con la gerencia del canal retail a todos los niveles y liderar iniciativas de marketing, promociones y punto de venta para incrementar la efectividad comercial.
  • Supervisar iniciativas de capacitación en ventas, asegurando el desarrollo continuo de capacidades a través de sesiones en tienda, distrito y región.

Requisitos

  • De 3 a 7 años de experiencia comercial en la industria retail o de seguros, impulsando el crecimiento de ingresos, optimizando el desempeño del canal y gestionando relaciones con socios clave.
  • Dominio de Excel.
  • Licenciatura concluida.
